Celebrating Chicago’s Culinary Canvas

April 5 isn’t just another day; it’s a day when the cheese is stretchy, the sauce is rich, and the crust is as deep as the pizza lore itself. It’s Deep Dish Pizza Day, and in my watercolor journal, I’ve baked up a little something that honors this Chicago-born titan of taste.
